Now I have the same problem on mine, only the other way round - I can't hear anything, but the other party can hear me. Hard reset doesn't seem to have made any difference.

The wife and I have a matching pair of MPX200s on the Orange (UK) network.
Recently hers has developed a problem - she can hear what callers are saying, but callers cannot hear her. sad.gif
Any suggestions? Would a Master Reset cure the problem?
