How do you remove extra program icons created for software loaded onto the 6315; in particular, after having to remove and reload an older version of Windows media player (see wireless camera post for info) 3 times now for memory management purposes, I have 3 identical icons for the program appearing on the programs screen?

You should be able to do it with either File Explorer on the phone or the Explore feature of Activesync. Open the Windows/Start Menu/Programs folder. In there you should see the extra icons. You can delete them from here.
Thanks - that helped to resolve it - it seems quite simple in hindsight, but I haven't had the opportunity to compare the characteristics of Windows CE/Mobile to the typical PC versions (do you know of a good online source of such information?) - apparently there are some similarities and some differences - btw, I get a kick out of Family Guy, which I presume you are also a fan of based on your icon.
