Don't know about cheapest, but ebay would be your best bet if you find a seller willing to ship internationally...

Another option if you have someone in the UK that can get a phone on contract then pay them the contract and cost of phone.
This can sometimes work out cheaper than ebay (sometimes)
The only downfall with ebay are the numerous people that either sell
stolen phones or just take your money and run.
Unfortnately since dealing with the Smartphone format I have seen too many people getting ripped off to trust ebay for phones, especially new
handsets. :evil:
