An app that comes with the device, is an easy-to-use, comprehensive on-board backup utility called WiBackup. Really intuitive for the novice user as you'll see from the screenshots below. Speedwise, it isn't too bad - to do an "All Data" backup of 34+ Mb took about 3 minutes.
