my wife just got this phone and im now tasked with sync'ing her outlook express with this Q phone.
I've gotten them to sync up ok but I cant figure out how to get her folder structure over and how to get Q to see these folders in outlook. She has about 100 folders, none very large, but very organized.
Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks
Chris

You are syncing with Outlook or Outlook Express? It should only work to sync email with Outlook. I've never synced my email with Activesync on my PC though, so I don't know exactly if or how to get all the folders synced.

I appreciate your time man, thanks very much.
she only uses Outlook Express, I dont know why.. and it appears to have synced with her PC Inbox..
I cant even see her sent box or drafts on her Q.

From her Q when I go into e-mail, all i get is a listing of preveously read e-mails.. like old, already read e-mails from her PC inbox..
Any idea how i would find out more details on the functionality of Outlook on the Q?

Lastly, I think all she really needs to do is be able to download new e-mail from her mail server, to her Q, while she is away running around town... Im thinking she might not really need to "sync" with her PC really, just the mail server from Bellsouth.net.

I've always just setup the POP email to be checked directly on the phone, not synced with the PC. That way you can get your email whenever you want them, not just when you're at home.
