From eBay UK I have just received a 1000mAh battery for my MPx200. I havent fully charged it and tested it yet, and I'm not sure if the 1000mAh is made up, but I will let you know what results I get.
Currently on the OEM original battery, with Windows Mobile 2003 upgrade I get 3 Days standby with some texting and calls.

I have just flashed my MPx200 to WM2003 and now can't get even 12 hours of standby without talking or texting. Before when it had SP2002 it used to get about 2 days of standby time.

HELP!!!

I have looked at this thread and dont fully understand it. I want to replace the entire housing of my MPx200 since I have dropped it twice, onto concrete, each time landing on part that is not inside the leather case. I love the little phone and do not want to replace it, so want to repair it.

Is it going to be easy to transfer the entire inner working from one case to another?

Thanks,
Darren

I have read through pages and pages on this forum and have found no definite answer.
I own a SIM FREE MPX200 that I use on O2. I wish to upgrade the firmware to a 2003 one, using Windows Mobile 2003 or whatever it happens to be officially called, you should know what I mean.

Can someone just tell me what is the latest UK firmware that is generic and not network branded? Or alternatively, the O2 branded one?
I did read somewhere that a certain number as part of the firmware version name is connected to the network it is for....

Same goes for all of you, reply or message me.

Thanks,
Darren
