Hi All,

When I try to access Voice Mail (VM) from the message that appears in my Inbox, I get the following message:

"Unable to complete the call as dialed. Verify the number and try again."


I noticed that if I move up to the FROM line, a pop-up eventually appears that displays:

Has anyone figured out (been able) to call VM from a message in the Inbox? Pressing and holding '1' from the Home Screen works as well as the 'Voicemail' (right-button) option when it appears on the Home Screen.

Just curious to find out if it's a problem with the MPx200 or Rogers SMS network.

PS: Using the non-AT&T ROM (flashed ROM) on my MPx200.

Sorry it took so long to get back but I was away. I'm using the generic rom and I have the same problem I'm going to see what I can do to get ti working. I will let you know how I do. If you figure out how to get it working I would like it of you let me know how to do it

Hi Jaff,

No worries ... glad you looked into it when you had an opportunity. That's good (sad) news!

I've communicated with three other MPx200 owners on the Rogers network so far and we all have the problem. One of the users I communicated with is connected enough to raise a problem ticket with Rogers.

I'll let you know if any progress is made. In the interim, I'm still researching to see if there is a modification that can be done via registry.
