Dont mean to thread jack but im having a problem with my 8525 but mine is still cingular. i did everything u just said n still i cant get emails nor send dem.
i try and get stuck at a screen that shows "incoming email password" it says:

username

password

domain

i enter my email address for username, then password, and i leave domain blank. I click save password then hit OK
it works fine then at the bottom of the screen it says sending mail.....then all of a sudden it says disconnecting....
then a message comes up saying:

Messgaes cannot be downloaded to your mobile device. make sure u are connected and that your email accouny settings are correct. then try to download messages again.

what do you think is wrong??

Can't tell what thread you're referring to since yours is post #1 here. So, I don't know what advice you've already tried to follow. But, maybe your "username" is wrong. The "username" on mine does not include my entire email address. My "username" is everything before the @ and nothing after.
