Also it is an old problem but I have read all relative documents without solving my problem.

My MPX200 has been upgrade to WM2005 with kingston 1GD SD without any problem.

The critical problem is Activesync 4.1 can't connect to my PC. It only shows "CONNECTING" at all time.
- Connect it to Motherboard USB2.0 connector (not usb hubs)
- Tested both Chinese and English Activesync 4.1 from MS
- Hard reset MPX200 to retry connection
- Disabled all other LAN connection. Left Windows Mobile-based Device connection
- Disabled Winxp internal Firewall
- Ping mobile IP without any problem

2nd minor problem is that it can't retrieve SIM contact info. Contact list is empty.

Should I try ifrd connection? Or suggest to reinstall WM2005?

Many Many Thanks

Do you have the Activesync 4.2 beta? It fixes this problem for a lot of people.
