Sometimes (intermittently), for example, after running a program (such as Inbox or Calendar) or changing some settings (e.g., in the Settings window or iPAQ wireless window), some or all of the so-called quick access icons (e.g., the iPAQ wireless shortcut, the Phone Book shortcut, and the power status shortcut) that normally appear at the bottom right of the Today screen disappear and do not restore until a soft reset is performed. Of course, these icons are helpful to have on screen.

Does anyone know a cause/solution for this problem?

Thanks

I suggest applying the T-Mobile update if you haven't already then remove all of the T-Mobile Today plug-ins from your Today screen.

BTW I say this because I've yet to experience this type of behavior and it maybe due to the above suggestion! (;-0)

I can't say that it is related to the T-Mobile plugins, but I have noticed smoother performance since I have removed them on mine...

I'm not sure what is meant by removing the T-Mobile plug-ins, although it may be something simple. How do you remove the T-Mobile plug-ins?

Thanks

Start > Settings > Today hit the Items Tab (on bottom), un check T-Mobile, this will remove the phonebook/Call list/voicemail bar from your today screen. I missed it for a day then I was over it once I relized that I was having fewer lockups. In essence you aren't removing anything, you are just disableing the homescreen plugin.
