What is the latest ROM for the HP 6515, and where do you find them?

I've played with it some, put my SIM in it, made a few test calls and everything seems to work. It's in allmost perfect condition(a few scuffs on the backside) Everything is in the box, plus a very nice Leather Wallet/Case(slots for creditcards,etc) $200.00 out the door. Guy says he's had it a few months (The pawner was supposed to come back and get it, but never did) and originally was asking $275.00. I'm really interested in it for the GPS. Opinions? Thanks in advance.
