T-Mobile has changed it's terms and condtions to include a mandatory new fee which has now become effective. This fee was added for e911 and LNP. A new charge will now appear on your bill each month in the amount of $0.86.
By law you are not obligated to accept the new contract terms and condtions and you may cancel your current contract with no early termination fee.
You must notify T-Mobile within 30 days of receicing your March bill which includes a statement regarding the new terms and condtions.
To verify your could indeed cancel your contract with no early termination fee I did this myself and was not charged. I was allowed to cancel my contract with no penatly or fees.
I am not starting this post/topic in an attempt for everyone to call and threaten leaving due to the new terms and condtions, but offering this message as insight for anyone who is not happy with T-Mobile services and/or coverage in there area.
You can read more about this new fee by visiting T-Mobile's web site here:
